Armco IT offers businesses a full range of help and support. From ad hoc emergency call-outs for individual computer problems to the total peace of mind of a maintenance and support contract - we have an option that will suit you. Check out our menu of support options to find the right level of support for your business. Our cover means that you can get on with running your business, confident that any IT problems that arise will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Level 4 – Virtual IT department
Let Armco IT take over and manage all of your IT for you, leaving you free to concentrate on the rest of your business. We will agree to spend a certain number of days per week at your company and manage your IT infrastructure as a department within your own organisation.

Level 3 – Annual support contract
Our popular annual support contracts include unlimited call outs, monthly health checks and software patches. We will also continuously monitor your computer system. The cost varies depending on your level of cover. You can pay annually or spread the cost throughout the year. A priority contact number means that help is just a phone call away, giving you total peace of mind. When you take out an annual support contract you will no longer have to pay any call-out charges and a rapid response is guaranteed.
 
Level 2 – Retained services
Under our retained service package you pay us an agreed sum from which the cost of each service call is paid. You will receive a quarterly statement detailing the calls made and the remaining balance. This balance can then either be topped up or the excess hours rolled over at the end of the year. The price paid depends on the cover, service and response that you require. This gives you complete control of your spending.

Level 1 – Ad hoc support

If you prefer, we can look after your IT needs as and when you want us to. Let us know what your problem is and we will help you as soon as possible. Our rates are reasonable and call outs in Malton and Norton are FREE.
